SFS Athletics was founded in 2016. Our goal is to challenge fastpitch athletes of all ages to develop a more disciplined approach to Hitting For Power. Our training focuses on mastering form, balance, and a fundamentally sound swing path.

BJ breaks the swing down step by step. He provides specific information that literally improved her swing after just one session. He is funny and personable and I felt like we have known him forever.
She really is swinging stronger. No joke.
